This Swiss research center is hosting 3 laboratories, among which the SwissSIMS lab, organised around the following last generations micro-analytical Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometric (SIMS) instruments:
- A CAMECA SIMS ion microprobe 1280-HR
SwissSIMS laboratory led by Prof. Lukas Baumgartner – UNIL
- A CAMECA NanoSIMS N50L
Laboratory of Biological Geochemistry led by Prof. Anders Meibom – EPFL
- Two LA-ICP-MS (Quadrupole Elan 6100 DRC and Sector-field Element XR)
